Screen Printing is minimum 12 pieces for 1 color and 25 pieces for multi-color. Embroidery is 12 pieces. No minimums on Direct to Film and leather patch hats. Of course there are price breaks on quantities.
Hoodies, Long Sleeve, Short Sleeve can all be mix matched as long as the print does not change. You can change the color of ink with a minimum of 12 pieces per color change.
